Healing is a process of remembering, of gently peeling away what no longer belongs, so that what is true and whole within you can shine again.

We all carry experiences—moments of pain, intensity, or longing—that can settle in the body and energy field. Even when unnoticed, they shape how we feel, move, and meet the world. In this healing space, there is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. With presence and care, what has been held can soften, allowing space for release, rest, and realignment from within.

Each session is a quiet, sacred meeting with yourself—held in compassion and without expectation.
These sessions are offered on a donation basis, in trust and love.

Together, we step through a door not to become something else, but to remember who you already are.

Healing sessions with me are:

Practical Details

Session Length: Sessions typically last around 90 minutes, but the timing is flexible—shorter or longer depending on what feels needed in the moment. Each session includes a conversation to gently explore where you are, followed by the energy healing itself.

Format: In-person (Berlin) or distance energy healing available.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and an open mind. No prior experience with energy healing or meditation is needed.

Energy Exchange: These sessions are donation-based.
